QHow do I know if my deposit or withdrawal has been processed?

. Traders can go to their Banking page and click on ‘Pending Requests’ on the Investous website and see all of the deposits and withdrawals that are currently pending. If your deposit or withdrawal is listed on this page, that means that it hasn’t been completed yet, but will be handled soon.

Q. Where can I see all my past deposits and withdrawals?
A. 
In the Banking page, you’ll see a tab labeled ‘History’ where your past withdrawals and deposits are listed per the date they were completed.

Q. How do I know my funds are safe on Investous?
A. We employ very high standards in data encryption, security systems and firewalls to ensure that your funds and sensitive personal information are safe. Additionally, our platform is protected with Secure Socket Layer (SSL – both Thawte and ClickSSL) protocols, and defenses against attacks or breaches like DDoS.

Q. What information do I need to provide to get verified with Investous?
A. We require proof of identity and other personal information to prove that you’re the owner of the bank account you’ve linked to Investous. We do this to comply with international Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations and to provide the safest trading experience possible. Here’s what you’ll need:
– Official government-issued ID (passport, driver’s license, or another government ID) with your picture that is not expired
– Proof of address (recent mail addressed to you where you currently live, such as a utility bill or bank statement) from the last 6 months
– Image or scan of the front and back of your credit card (showing only the last four digits) is required if you used your CC to deposit funds

Q. I’d like to cancel my account. How do I proceed?
A. You can cancel your account by calling your account manager, or by emailing us directly ([email protected]).

Q. What is the minimum and maximum amount I can deposit or withdraw?
A. Please refer to our “Withdrawals” and “Deposits” pages for more information on the minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts for Investous traders.

Q. What kind of fees or commissions does Investous charge?
A. We impose minimal fees on our traders, but only when they withdraw funds. You can refer to our “Withdrawals” page to learn more.

Q. Can I withdraw money instantly to my bank account?
A. Requesting a withdrawal is instant, but depending on the method you used to deposit money, it may take up to 10 days for the money to appear in your account.
